Ingredients
ice
60 ml Aperol
30 ml Two in a Bush Pure Rooibos Cordial
60 ml of your favourite sparkling wine
1 squeeze of orange juice
soda or sparkling water to top up
orange slice for garnish
Method
Fill your large wine glass with plenty of ice.
Add the Aperol, cordial, sparkling wine and orange juice, and stir briefly.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
