Berry Fizz Delight Mocktail

This fizzy mocktail uses a crisp Brut alcohol-free “bubbly” with the lusciousness strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

This mocktail uses the no-alcohol Absolute Zero Bubbly, Brut. It marries the crispness of Brut with the lusciousness of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, while agave or maple syrup enhances the natural sweetness. A hint of lime juice adds a zesty twist to the ensemble.

Berry Fizz Delight

Ingredients

• 1 cup Absolute Zero Bubbly, Brut

• ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

• 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup

• 1 tsp lime juice

• sprigs of thyme and a few slices of lime for garnish

• Ice cubes

Method

1. In a blender, combine the bubbly, mixed berries, agave syrup, and lime juice.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Strain the mixture into glasses with ice cubes.

4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of fragrance.
