Citrus Breakfast Punch (Mocktail)

This vibrant Citrus Breakfast Punch mocktail is made with non-alcholic rooibos cordial, citrus, kiwi and granadilla.


The cordial used in this recipe is made with rooibos and can be used in a variety of ways, from diluted with sparkling water or as a mixer in mocktails or cocktails.



Citrus Breakfast Punch (Mocktail)

Recipe: Two in a Bush


Serves 1


Note
  • Add 60 ml  non-alcoholic distillate such as Mahala Botanicals for variety


Ingredients

  • 60 ml Two in a Bush Rooibos Cordial

  • 1 slice of kiwi

  • 1 slice of fresh citrus

  • 1 granadilla, cut in half and scooped out

  • sparkling water

  • sparkling water to top up

  • fresh mint, to garnish


Method

  1. Pour ice into a glass and add the cordial and fruit.

  2. Top with sparkling water and ice, and stir well.

  3. Garnish with fresh mint.
