Ingredients

• 12 pieces chicken

• chicken spice, to taste

• 1 cup chutney

• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

• 1 tablespoon thyme

• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoon soya sauce

• 1 cup chicken marinade

• 1 cup mango juice

• Salt & pepper, to taste

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

2. Spice the chicken with the chicken spice and place the chicken into an oven dish.

3. Mix together all the other ingredients and pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 80 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
