Make Chocolate Ganache

If you’ve ever wondered how to make chocolate ganache, it’s very easy. Try this simple recipe and use it as frosting, layered between cake, as filling, or a dip - it is really versatile.

Chocolate ganache

Ingredients

  • 250ml cream

  • 250ml dark chocolate


Directions

  1. Over a double boiler, melt the cream and the chocolate, incorporate when its 80% melted. 

  2. Leave too cool down, use as needed
