Make Your Own Fish Paste

Ingredients
2 tins of sardines (without the oil)
2 tbsp (30 ml) anchovies (without the oil)
1 tbsp (15 ml) tomato paste
juice of half a lemon (optional)
Directions
Mix everything with a stick blender and taste.
I added the juice of half a lemon.
