Pomegranate Sparkle Mocktail

The Pomegranate Sparkle drink uses Almost Zero Moscato Ravishing Rose with pomegranate juice and a dash of syrup.

Pomegranate Sparkle Mocktail

Serves 2

Ingredients

• 1 cup Almost Zero Moscato Ravishing Rose

• ½ cup pomegranate juice

• 1 tablespoon simple syrup

• ¼ cup soda water

• cherries or pomegranate arils, for garnish

• a few sprigs of rosemary, for garnish

• 2 tsp castor sugar, for garnish

• ice cubes

Method

1. In a pitcher, mix Almost Zero Moscato ravishing Rose, pomegranate juice, simple syrup, and club soda.

2. Stir gently to combine.

3. Dip the tips of your glasses in some castor sugar.

4. Pour the mixture into glasses filled with ice cubes.

5. Garnish with a sprinkle of pomegranate arils for cherries dipped in castor sugar or a burst of colour along with a sprig of rosemary dusted with castor sugar.
