Sgroppino Cocktail Recipe

This is how to make a sgroppino. A stunning drink that makes good use of Italian prosecco.

Ingredients

• 2 tsp lemon sorbet

• 1 tsp vodka

• Prosecco

Method

1. Put the lemon sorbet into the bottom of a champagne flute.

2. Pour over the vodka, then top with Prosecco.
