Watch: How To Make Potato Pavé

Create potato pavé at home: layers of thinly sliced potato are cooked slowly and pressed together overnight to give you a stunning classic. It takes some work, but it is worth it for a special occasion.

Dinner is served.... sirloin steak with a blue cheese dressing, potato pavé, wilted garlicky spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes and a bit of shitake mushrooms.
